Jim Parks
Chief Executive Officer
Jim Parks serves as Ntirety’s CEO, where he is responsible for driving the organization’s strategic direction and go-to-market strategy. He joined the organization in 2024, bringing a wealth of experience in IT and technology.
Jim’s background is rooted in IT and technology, having previously worked at Passport, a mobility management and payments company. In his role at Passport, he managed the SaaS (software as a service) platform, ensuring operational activities aligned with the company’s long-term goals. His leadership in this role was pivotal in streamlining processes and enhancing the platform’s efficiency.
Before Passport, Jim held the position of SVP of Central Operations at Flexential, a company renowned for offering customized IT solutions. During his tenure, he led the organization through a significant growth phase, refining the operating model for scalable efficiency and supporting the company through a major merger. Jim played an instrumental role in the acquisition and integration team for the Peak 10 / ViaWest merger, which was crucial in establishing the Flexential brand.
Throughout his career, Jim has been known for his strategic leadership, which has consistently transformed organizations. His expertise in driving growth, achieving operational improvements, innovating through transformative change, and expanding into new markets has been a cornerstone of his professional journey.
Jim resides in Charlotte, North Carolina, and is a dedicated father of three. His personal and professional experiences continue to shape his visionary approach to leadership at Ntirety.
Eli Bowman
Chief Financial Officer
Eli Bowman is Chief Financial Officer and joined Ntirety as VP of Corporate Development in 2019. He also leads FP&A functions, as well as Sales Operations and Analytics.
Prior to joining Ntirety, Eli served as the CFO of Codero Hosting for 12 years. He also held Finance leadership roles at Aplus.net and GE Insurance Solutions.
Eli earned his B.S. in Actuarial Science & Mathematics from the University of Central Missouri, graduating with honors. He currently resides in St. Joseph, Missouri with his wife and three children.
Karin Davies
Chief People Officer
Karin Davies serves as Ntirety’s Chief People Officer and joined the organization in 2024. With over 25 years of human resources experience within the high technology and commercial sectors, she is known for creating best-in-class culture programming that enabled high employee engagement in both Fortune 50 and Fortune 500 companies.
Prior to joining Ntirety, Karin served as Chief People Officer at Passport and held senior HR positions at Flexential, and Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems.
Karin graduated from the University of Tennessee and holds a certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
Josh Henderson
Chief Technology Officer
Josh Henderson, Ntirety’s CTO, joined the company in 2021 with over 20 years of experience in large-scale cloud and hosted Infrastructure, managed IT services, network, software development and consulting.
Prior to joining Ntirety, he served as CTO and COO for McLane Intelligent Solutions, CTO of Colo and Cloud at Zayo Group, and CTO for Clearview International. His experience across these roles includes high level IT strategy, technology lifecycle management, P&L management, operations, sales and full product life-cycle management in businesses ranging from startup to $2B+ in revenue.
Josh is an Alumni of Baylor University and today he resides in Austin, Texas.
Allen Skipper
Chief Revenue Officer
Allen Skipper joined Ntirety as Chief Revenue Officer in 2024 and is responsible for leading the overall revenue growth strategy of the company including overseeing sales, marketing, and customer operations.
Allen possesses over 25 years of experience building, leading, and managing technology services companies and solutions-based sales organizations and driving go-to-market programs. Prior to Ntirety, served as VP Market Expansion & Strategic Alliances at Expedient and in a variety of strategic sales roles. Previously, Allen spent 18 years with Peak 10, where he led the data center and cloud computing company’s commercial strategy including sales, marketing, and customer engagement. During this time, Allen served as VP/GM and ultimately was promoted to Chief Sales Officer, leading the company from pre-revenue to Peak 10’s merger with ViaWest.
Allen resides in Jacksonville Beach, Florida, and is a graduate of Florida State University’s College of Business. He serves as Chairman of the Board for the DONNA Foundation and is a dedicated husband to his wife, Lauren, and proud father of their two children. Allen enjoys offshore fishing, attending Florida State football games with his family and vacationing anywhere on the water.
Samantha Mak
General Counsel
Samantha Mak joined Ntirety in 2007 and leads the Legal and Compliance Departments as General Counsel.
Specializing in Commercial Transactions, Information and Technology, Intellectual Property, Licensing, Business Development, and Business Strategy, Samantha also managing the company’s insurance portfolio. She started her career in the Oil and Gas industry, but her years of experience as a freelance web designer and consultant during her school days led her to seek out a career in the Information and Technology sector.
Samantha has both a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in International Relations, from the University of British Columbia. She is called to the Bar in both Alberta and British Columbia. She currently resides in Vancouver, B.C.
John Enright
President, NetNation
John Enright is a web service industry pioneer with 25+ years of experience building successful web service brands. In 1994, he co-founded one of the first website hosting companies ever, growing it into a top three North American hosting provider before it ultimately merged with Affinity Internet in 2001.
At Affinity, John led product, sales, and marketing, developing the most advanced private-labeled web service channel program in the industry. In 2007, Affinity merged with Hostway to form NetNation, where he currently leads the charge to transform how web services are delivered.
John resides in San Antonio, Texas with his wife and three boys.
Randy Franklin
Senior Vice President, Operations
Randy Franklin is Ntirety’s Senior Vice President of Operations and joined the organization in 2024. With over 24 years of experience managing and delivering cloud-based technology services, Randy has a wide range of experience developing, securing, and delivering complex technology solutions for enterprise clients.
Before Ntirety, Randy was the Managing VP of Strategy Consulting and Architecture at Terazo, VP-CIO at Premier Healthcare Alliance (NASDAQ: PINC), and VP of Service Delivery at Peak 10, Inc.
Randy has a BS and MS in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University and lives near Charlotte, NC, with his wife and two children.
Eric Hutts
Executive Vice President, Customer Success
Eric Hutts leads the Customer Success Teams, focused on delivering exceptional experiences for Ntirety’s customer base.
A results-oriented, hands-on leader, Eric has over 20 years of experience building growth-oriented teams in the managed infrastructure and cloud service space focused on IT modernization.
Eric is a career-long Ntirety team member. In his 15+ year career with Ntirety, he helped Ntirety grow from a small staff to over 500+ professionals employed by at the company today, holding roles of increasing responsibility including VP of Cloud Services and Strategic accounts. In 2020, Eric was promoted to SVP of Advanced Services and now leads as Chief Customer Officer.
Prior to Ntirety, Eric held various positions in a 15-year career in IT operations for the banking industry and entrepreneurial roles within the music and consumer products industries, including building teams within the Asia Pacific.
Eric holds a B.A. from the University of Delaware and is an avid practitioner of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, also spending time flying small planes and road-tripping across North America with his family.
Kenny Ash
Executive Vice President, Channel and Alliances
Kenny Ash joined Ntirety in 2024 as EVP, Channel and Alliances. Kenny’s experience includes deep expertise in managed services and partner alliance programs, creating and maintaining meaningful relationships with partners and bolstering growth.
Prior to Ntirety, Kenny worked in a variety of channel sales roles including as EVP of Channel Sales & Alliances at Thrive and VP of Channel Sales at Tierpoint. In these capacities, he helped develop scalable programs to drive strategic business outcomes.
Kenny resides in Northern Kentucky with his wife and two children.
Charles Charmatz
Senior Vice President, Network and Infrastructure
Charles Charmatz is SVP of Network and Infrastructure and has been a dedicated member of Ntirety’s team for over a decade. Located in Tampa, Florida, Charles has a strong background in data center management and continues to grow the company’s commitment to exemplary service as Vice President of Operations.
Prior to this role, Charles served Ntirety as the Senior Director of Network and Datacenter Operations. Before joining Ntirety in 2003, Charles was a Senior Network Engineer for Neutelligent/City-Guide.
