**ORACLE, MySQL and SQL SERVER CUSTOMERS**

As of Wednesday, May 5th, all Ntirety customers have been migrated to the new Client Access Portal.  Monday, April 12th is the migration date for SQL Server customers.  You should have received, by separate email, your login and password information.  To login to the new Client Access Portal, click here or paste the following URL into your browser:

New Client Access Portal Highlights:

 

The Client Access Portal is a user-friendly, web-based system for creating and managing service requests and a lot more.  The new portal will enable Ntirety customers to:

     View the status of ongoing Service Requests and Projects, 

     Run service activity reports, and 

     Access a Knowledgebase tailored specifically to them.

 

With the Client Access Portal, Ntirety customers will be able to view the status of work in progress, the percentage of work completed, team contacts, a project calendar and more.   By logging into the Client Access Portal dashboard,customers will be able to run weekly, monthly and quarterly reports on service activity, including ticket detail and summary information.  These reports will always be at your fingertips.
